All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Parcels. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the parcel online. Typical postage times are 1 day to UK, 5 days to EU and 7 days to rest of world. If the parcel is lost during postage we will send you a replacement after the Royal Mail has declared the original lost - which can take up to 28 days. We cannot send replacements before they are declared lost.
We offer a 14 day returns policy on any EU online sales.
Orders outside of the EU can be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.
You will be deemed to have received the item from the moment it is signed for at your residence. No exceptions to this.
You must contact us at email@example.com to start a return - do not return a watch without contacting us
We do not refund original postage costs or your return postage costs. You must arrange for the watch to be returned unworn in all its original packing. We will not refund a watch that has been worn.
We do not allow returns on preorders. Preorders are made to order and cannot be ruturned. We do not allow returns on watches made to customers orders (such as different bezels/dials etc)
On receipt of your watch please inspect it fully before wearing it If you are unhappy with it please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Do not wear the watch if you are not totally satisfied with its condition on arrival. After 72 hours of the watch being signed for by the customer is will be assumed they have checked it and our happy with is. It is the customers responsibility to quickly inspect the watch.
We do not share any proprietary information about the design and manufacture of our watches. Requests for this information will not be responded to.
