Postage

All parcels are sent via DHL Express or Royal Mail Parcels. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the parcel online.     Typical postage times are 1 day to UK, 7 days to EU and 10 days to rest of world.  

Orders outside of the UK will be subject to your countries local taxes and customs charges.   These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  

We offer a 14 day returns policy on any purchase made from the UK and delivered to a UK address.  

Orders outside of the UK can be returned within 3 days. We do not refund the actual cost of DHL postage (which are typically £30 or more) or PayPal fees (which are 3%).  We are a small company and cannot afford to refund postage or PayPal costs on international orders as we are sure customers understand.  There are no exceptions to this.    If you are unsure then please just don’t buy! 

You will be deemed to have received the item from the moment it is signed for at your residence.  

You must contact us at support@tc-9watches.com to start a return - do not return a watch without contacting us

We do not pay for or organise return postage. You must arrange for the watch to be returned unworn in all its original packing. Any local taxes that you have paid are the responsibility of the buyer to reclaim.  We cannot help to reclaim local taxes.   


We will not refund a watch that has been worn.  

We no longer refund Paypal fees.  Paypal does not refund fees for refunds and we will not refund this cost.   It is roughly 3%.  

On receipt of your watch please inspect it fully before wearing it   If you are unhappy with it please contact us within 3 days of receipt.  Do not wear the watch if you are not totally satisfied with its condition on arrival.     

We do not share any proprietary information about the design and manufacture of our watches.   Requests for this information will not be responded to.
